and/or receiving workman comp checks
(partial checks) get a full workman comp
check during the shut down weeks.
Any member who is treating for a work injury and/or has physical restrictions relating to their work injury is entitled to
Workers' Compensation wage loss benefits when laid-off or their plant closes. Also, their Workers' Compensation benefits should be coordinated with any other benefits they receive such as severance, Unemployment Compensation, or retirement.
